Did you see Chicago before or after they morphed into Air Supply?
Both,
The one it T-town was pre Air Supply. The one at Samford was not as good.
I try to forget Air Supply!
Scott,
I would have loved # 1!
Den Mother,
We will take the Cheerwine, but you are always welcome!
When you look at my list, it becomes apparent that my musical preferences differ slightly from most of yours, and that they are somewhat varied.
10. Second Chapter of Acts in Nashville
9. Alan Jackson and Aaron Tippin in Louisville
8. Gaither Homecoming in Knoxville
7. Vince Gill and Patty Loveless in Bowling Green
6. Four Tops in Atlanta
5. Statler Brothers in Nashville
4. BarlowGirl in Bowling Green
3. George Jones and Randy Travis in Lexington
2. George Strait and Patty Loveless in Nashville
1. "Music City Night of Hope" benefit concert in Nashville for Katrina survivors (Avalon, Natalie Grant, ZOEGirl, Building 429, the Katinas, and a couple of other artists)
There are a couple of Avalon concerts scheduled here in KY that are at the top of my list for 2006, if we're still living here. Also wanted to see Casting Crowns and Nichole Nordeman when they were in Nashville, but lack of money kept us home.
11. (In honor of Tim Sweatman) The Inspirations-College Park, GA
10. Johnny Cash/Statler Bros-Atlanta (I was a wee lad then; my dad still has a bootleg recording!)
9. DeGarmo and Key-Atlanta, GA
8. My Momma wouldn't let me go to Billy Joel-Atlanta, GA
7. Dallas Holm and Praise-Macon, GA
6. Petra-Atlanta, GA
5. Caedmons' Call/Jars of Clay-Duluth, GA
4. Newsboys-Atlanta, GA
3. Mylon and Broken Heart-Atlanta, GA
2. Switchfoot/Third Day-Duluth, GA
1. Rich Mullins-Stone Mountain, GA (The greatest concert ever, though I never got to see Keith Green.)
Kevin-
When you liked Journey...was that before or after your operation? :-D
I'm not ashamed of liking Journey! Neal Schon rocks on guitar!
