Say it is not so................

Barbecue meats linked with prostate cancer. According to a new study by Association for Cancer Research. Read about it here. What else? Is water going to be found deadly. Life causes us to die. BBQ? O say it ain't so!

Seems like I remember reading several years ago that some study said saliva causes cancer. I know the air out here in L.A. is unhealthy (we breathe by sight not by faith), but I'm not going to intentionally stop breathing...or swallowing saliva...or eating BBQ. I'm claiming 1Cor 10:31, and eating BBQ to the glory of God, and receiving it with gratitude (1Tim 4:4,5)! I think that BBQ study might just fall into the category of "doctrines of demons."

Yeah Steve,

If we act like our UMC friends we might boycott Greensboro because of BBQ being dangerous to our health!

Kevin, you really need to get with the program, my friend... If we want to be alarmists, lets worry about this common substance. IT'S DEADLY... AND WE CONSUME IT EVERY DAY!

Get the word out!

(BTW, this is humor, folks!)

I think that only PORK BBQ causes cancer. That makes perfect sense to me.

I think we should prptest G'boro because it has BAD BBQ.

Ok. I know you're tired of me hammering the east coast BBQ. I'll lay off for a while.

Kevin ... I saw that article and almost posted a blog about it too. But didn't want to distract from the serious nature of my current blog posts ... I'm glad to see you didn't miss it! Must keep up the BBQ theme.
